Your child’s actual Board Exam should not be Paper No. 1. It can be Paper No. 11.
BoardsDaddy Board Exam Simulation & Assessment. Refine preparation chapter by chapter, then write ten complete Board-pattern papers under real exam timing — checked, marked and discussed — before the one that counts.
Open to students from any school, tuition, coaching or self-study.
Papers 1–10 are full-syllabus Board simulations.
Knowing the syllabus is not the same as scoring in it.
Many capable students understand their subjects well. What most of them have not done enough of is writing a complete Board paper — in Board format, within Board timing — before the real one.
What school, tuition and self-study build.
- Concepts
- Recall
- Application
Turning knowledge into answers that earn marks.
- Steps and keywords
- Diagrams and explanations
- The expected answer format
Doing it for a full paper, on the day.
- Within time
- Under pressure
- With stamina, start to finish
Two phases for every subject.
Before a student can perform well in a complete Board paper, the smaller parts of preparation must be refined. So the programme moves from chapters to complete papers.
10 chapterwise / partwise tests
writing+5minutes
reading time
- A detailed idea of each chapter and how it is tested
- Gaps found early, while the chapter is still fresh
- Board-style writing: steps, keywords, diagrams, presentation
- Every chapter tested and refined before full papers
The refinement stage. These tests prepare the student for complete papers; they are not counted in the Paper No. 11 journey.
10 full-syllabus Board simulations
writing+15minutes
reading time
- Complete Board-pattern paper on the complete syllabus
- A time plan for the 3-hour paper, using reading time
- Stamina and accuracy till the last section
- Answer selection and completing the paper under pressure
Papers 1 to 10. By exam day, the format, the answer sheet and the three hours are familiar ground.
10 full-syllabus simulations.
Then the actual Board Exam is Paper No. 11.
What your child gets in every single test.
Chapterwise or full-syllabus, each paper follows the same six steps — so every test ends with specific things to work on, not just a score.
Paper on the exact Board pattern
Question types, sections, choices and marks distribution as per the applicable CBSE, ICSE or ISC format.
Answer sheet like the actual exam
Written on an answer sheet modelled on the Board exam’s, so layout and presentation get practised too.
Marking scheme in hand
Shows how marks are awarded and exactly how the answer sheet will be checked.
Question paper discussion
The paper is discussed question by question, and doubts in any question are cleared.
Checked sheet with remarks
Returned with remarks and the scope of improvement, naming the micro gaps to fix before the next paper.
Doubts on the checked sheet
Any doubt about how an answer was marked, or how to write it better, is discussed and resolved.
The same six steps, repeated for all 20 papers in each subject.
What your child walks away with.
After every test
- Gaps identified — the exact topics and question types to work on
- Doubts cleared in the paper’s questions and in how answers were marked
- Knows how marks are given — steps, keywords, units, diagrams
- Better answer writing, guided by remarks on their own sheet
By the actual Board Exam
- Every chapter tested and refined before the full syllabus
- The complete syllabus tested together, the way the Board tests it
- A time plan for the 3-hour paper and its reading time
- Ten complete Board papers already written, checked and discussed

Questions parents ask.
Why is the Board exam “Paper No. 11”?
In Phase 2 your child writes ten complete, full-syllabus Board-pattern papers under exact timing. The actual Board exam is the eleventh such paper, not the first. The ten chapterwise tests in Phase 1 are preparation for those papers and aren’t counted.
Does my child need to join Igniters or any coaching?
No. BoardsDaddy is open to students from any school, tuition, coaching institute, online course or self-study.
Where are the tests held?
At BoardsDaddy test centres in Dehradun. The centre and test schedule are confirmed with you when you register. Schools and coaching institutes with 100 or more students can also host the programme on campus.
How is this different from school pre-boards?
Twenty papers per subject instead of one or two, each with a marking scheme right after the exam, a paper discussion, a checked answer sheet with remarks, and a doubt session on that sheet.
Is reading time included?
Yes. Chapterwise tests have 90 minutes of writing plus 5 minutes of reading time; full-syllabus simulations have 180 minutes plus 15 minutes, as in the Board exam.
Do you guarantee marks?
No, and we’d be wary of anyone who does. We provide Board-condition practice, careful evaluation and specific feedback. Students who act on it between papers get the most from the programme.
